Isabella Appiana is an accomplished leader in commercial transformation and strategic growth, currently serving as Director of Commercial Transformation & Performance at American Express Global Business Travel since March 2021. Isabella oversees the strategic transformation initiatives for the Global SME segment, focusing on enhancing sales effectiveness and client lifetime value. Previously, in an interim role as Chief of Staff to President Drew Crawley, Isabella supported operational efficiency and strategic projects. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Global Transformation, driving enterprise-wide projects, and leading partnerships in roles at Collinson and London & Partners. Isabella holds a Master's Degree in Culture Policy and Management from City St George’s, University of London, and a BA in Management Economics from the University of Essex.
