Ivan Ramos

Ivan Ramos is currently the Manager of Vendor Service Delivery at American Express Global Business Travel, responsible for Egencia and Amex GBT vendor service delivery for global contact center operations in different regions. Prior to this role, Ivan held managerial positions at GEICO for over a decade, where Ivan led nationwide sales and customer service operations. Ivan also served in the Army National Guard as an Information Technology Specialist before completing their Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.
