Michelle Dyer serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Transformation and CWT Acquisition Transition Lead at American Express Global Business Travel since December 2014, overseeing global enterprise transformation and M&A integration. Prior roles at American Express include Vice President Global SME Growth, Vice President M&A Integration and Strategic Transformation, and Vice President Risk, Compliance & ESG, where record revenue growth, strategic initiatives, and compliance matters were managed. Dyer’s experience also covers corporate development risk, joint venture management, and strategic operations at Best Buy Canada, along with leadership roles in various organizations, including as Chief Operating Officer at Second Nature, where significant climate initiatives were co-created. Dyer's earlier career included work in film and TV production and a strong educational background in business and sustainability.
