Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta is a seasoned professional in risk and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Risk & Compliance Professional at American Express Global Business Travel since June 2021. In this role, Rahul supports the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer and the Risk & Compliance team in implementing global sanctions compliance standards and policies for GBT and its international partners. Prior to this, Rahul held various positions, including Senior Team Manager for Corporate Travel at Sutherland Mumbai, where responsibilities included managing corporate travel requests and coordination with the CFO for approvals. Experience also includes working as a Travel Consultant at British Airways, focusing on international itineraries and ticket management, along with a background in AML/KYC at HSBC HDPI. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University and has completed an ISC in Biology from Gossner College.
