Sylvia Kay is an accomplished project and program manager with extensive experience in IT project management and public relations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at American Express Global Business Travel since December 2015, Sylvia leads a multi-year strategic core technology project that enhances supplier revenue and client experience for over 6,000 clients. Previously, Sylvia held roles at PossibleNOW, where responsibilities included delivering SaaS solutions, and the Institute of Packaging Professionals, where Sylvia created the award-winning “48 Hour Re-Pack” competition. Additional experience includes creative production management at unitOne LLC, founding Kay Communication to aid US firms entering the German market, and serving as Manager of International Services at Messe Frankfurt. Sylvia holds a Master's degree in Political Science, Economics, and Law from Leipzig University.
