Bernice Cowton Fciob

Bernice Cowton FCIOB, FCInstCES, FAPM serves as the Head of Commercial (Business Enhancement) at Amey since December 2017, focusing on consulting, growth expansion, and M&A during the company's transition to new ownership. Additionally, Bernice is a Fellowship Assessor at The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) since September 2021. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Manager at Ferrovial, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in HS2 EWC and a Commercial Director position for a coal gas turbine power station, as well as Commercial Manager at Costain Group PLC overseeing key projects such as Bradford BSF PFI. Bernice has extensive experience in quantity surveying, having held senior positions at KIER BUILD LIMITED, Montpellier Group, Ballast Nedam, SIAC Construction Ltd, and Jarvis Group.
