Jen Taylor

Jen Taylor is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in environmental health and acoustics. Currently serving as the National Acoustics Lead at Amey Consulting since February 2022, Jen has held various roles at Amey since August 2015, including Principal Environmentalist. Previous positions at LB Tower Hamlets from 2002 to 2015 involved leadership roles in pollution and environmental protection, culminating in positions such as Pollution Team Leader and Principal Environmental Health Officer (Acting). Early career experience includes the role of Environmental Consultant at WSP Environment & Energy and Technical Officer positions at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied & Environmental Geology from The University of Birmingham and multiple master's degrees in Environmental Management and Environmental Health, as well as a diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control.
