Justin Davey

Justin Davey is an experienced performance and assurance leader in the rail industry, currently serving as Performance Director & Head of Rail Assurance at Amey since April 2013. With a comprehensive background that includes roles such as Quality Business Partner, Technical Director, and Principal Project Manager focused on electrification, Justin has demonstrated expertise in business and digital strategy development, quality and risk management, and continuous improvement. Prior to his current tenure, Justin held positions including Head of Professional Services at JPCS and various management and engineering roles at Amey, contributing to significant projects and operational enhancements across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Management Practice from Alliance Manchester Business School, an MSc in Engineering, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
