Simon Rhoden

Simon Rhoden is a seasoned professional in the rail industry, currently serving as the Infrastructure Services Director at Transport for Wales Rail Services since October 2018 and concurrently as Director at SCLC since February 2018. With extensive experience at Amey from 2000 to 2018, Simon held multiple roles including Business Director for Rail Operations in the South of England and Wales, and Head of Electrification and Plant. Prior to that, Simon was with GTRM as Chief Estimator/Bid Manager, overseeing the company bid programme, and worked at Balfour Beatty Rail as a Proposals Engineer. Simon holds a BSc Hons in Biochemistry, Applied Stats, and Computing from Bangor University and completed education at Hesketh Fletcher C of E High School.
