Sara Fors

Sara Fors has extensive experience in the financial and customer experience sectors, currently serving as Chef Kompetenscenter Kund at AMF Pension since May 2019. Prior to this, Sara worked at Skandia Norden from 2009, holding multiple roles including Chef Företag & Pension within CXM, where responsibilities encompassed digital business management for savings and customer relations. Previous experience includes positions at Deloitte as a Business Developer and a brief tenure at Danske Bank as a Kundrådgivare, as well as a Customer Adviser role at E*Trade Australia. Sara holds a Magisterexamen in Ekonomistyrning och finansiering from Linköping University and has completed undergraduate studies in Business Administration at the University of Sydney.
