Helen Kaestner

Helen Kaestner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Helen is currently employed at amfori - Trade with Purpose as the Head of Operations since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a PMO Manager at the same company from December 2019 to December 2022. Helen was also a Transition Programme Manager at EuroGeographics from September 2016 to May 2019. Helen has experience as a Senior Manager at TMG Consultants GmbH from August 2012 to June 2015 and as a Freelance Business Consultant from July 2010 to July 2012. Helen worked as a Management Consultant at plenum AG - Management Consulting from March 2007 to June 2010. Helen also held the position of Manager at Siemens Business Services GmbH & Co. OHG from January 2005 to January 2007, and as a Senior Consultant at DB Regio AG from November 2003 to December 2004. Their early career includes the role of Senior Consultant at BearingPoint from December 1998 to October 2003.

Helen Kaestner obtained a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Regensburg, which they completed in 1997. Later, in 2006, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Open University Business School.
