Laura Wauters

Laura Wauters has a significant background in sustainability and communication, currently serving as a Sustainability Expert at amfori - Trade with Purpose since January 2021, after progressing through roles such as Junior Research & Development Expert and Research And Development Officer. Prior experience includes positions as a Corporate Engagement Officer at UNICEF Belgium from December 2018 to October 2020, a communication trainee and student job at The Oval Office in 2018, and as a Communication Project Consultant for Eurocities. Laura also interned in Communication & Production at BOZAR in early 2017. Educational qualifications include two Master's degrees from Ghent University, one in Meertalige Bedrijfscommunicatie (2017-2018) and another in Vergelijkende Moderne Letterkunde (2012-2018).
