Felix Schröder

Felix Schröder is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate development and business law. Currently serving as Strategic Projects & Corporate Business Development at AMG Critical Materials N.V. since May 2024, Felix has previously held significant roles, including VP Corporate Development HIS and Senior Management Assistant to the CEO at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA until April 2024. Felix is also a co-shareholder at Spedition Schröder GmbH & Co. KG since 2005 and gained valuable experience as a Trainee Lawyer and Lawyer at Clifford Chance, focusing on corporate and private equity law.
