Jeff Bacon is a skilled professional in the field of process engineering and metallurgy, currently serving as Process Engineering Lead at AMG Vanadium LLC since April 2023. Previously, Jeff held various roles at Nevada Gold Mines from October 2020 to April 2023, including Operations Supervisor, where management of an operations team during a significant plant conversion was a key responsibility, and Metallurgist II, focusing on troubleshooting and optimizing production processes. Jeff began a career in the industry as a Metallurgy Intern at Freeport-McMoRan in the summer of 2019, contributing to projects related to column flotation and thickener flocculation. Jeff holds a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with a focus on Extractive Metallurgy from the Colorado School of Mines, obtained in 2020.
