Tyrel Jacobsen is a Senior Extractive Metallurgist at AMG Vanadium LLC, where experience spans various roles including Technical Process Support Manager, Melt Shop Manager, and Melt Shop Process Engineer since January 2017. Prior experience includes positions at Colorado School of Mines, where Tyrel conducted metallographic research and served as Junior Class President, and internships at Rio Tinto focusing on safety and process optimization, as well as Hazen Research Inc working on mineral processing projects. Tyrel holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, with foundational experience gained through various roles in customer service and support.
