Cindy Shekailo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cindy began their career as a Clinical Supplies Manager and Product Coordinator at R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute, where they were responsible for global coordination and management of clinical supplies. Cindy then moved on to Shire Laboratories Inc as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing multiple drug development and technology projects. Cindy later joined Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc as a Project Planning Manager, where they collaborated with project leaders and teams in managing project timelines and budgets. At Eurofins Medinet, Cindy held various roles including Project Manager, Associate Director of Project Management, and Director of Project Management and Data Management. Cindy was responsible for overseeing central lab safety and microbiology projects, leading project management teams, managing internal department support, and implementing process improvements. Currently, Cindy is the Senior Director of Analytics Operations at the American Medical Group Association (AMGA).
Cindy Shekailo earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Bioengineering from Syracuse University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998.
