Annie Lumen

Annie Lumen is a Principal Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology Modeling and Simulation at Amgen Inc., where they focus on computational modeling of biological systems and xenobiotic dispositions. Previously, Annie earned a PhD in Biological Sciences from Drexel University while conducting research on P-glycoprotein's drug-drug interactions and served as a Visiting Research Scientist at GSK. Annie also held roles as an Adjunct Academic Faculty at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the FDA, where they developed physiologically based pharmacokinetic models and led a team of modelers. Their academic background includes a dual degree in Biological Sciences and Chemical Engineering from BITS-Pilani.
