Bill O'Brien

Bill O'Brien possesses extensive experience in government affairs and legislation within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. O'Brien began a career at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization as a Government Affairs Coordinator before transitioning to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce as a Legislative Analyst. Following this, O'Brien spent a significant period at Amgen, ascending through various roles including Senior Manager, Executive Director, and ultimately serving as Vice President of Government Affairs & Policy. O'Brien holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Le Moyne College.
