Caroline Hoefkens is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on value and access strategies. From January 2014 to July 2025, Caroline served as Senior Manager Value & Access at Amgen, overseeing pricing and reimbursement procedures for mature and pipeline products within the BELUX affiliate.
