Christopher McCrae is currently the Director of Precision Medicine at Amgen, a position they have held since 2025. They previously worked as a Principal Scientist in Translational Medicine at MedImmune from 2018 to 2025, leading efforts for the Fasenra project. Prior to this, Christopher held multiple roles at AstraZeneca R&D from 2002 to 2010, including Senior Research Scientist and Project Leader in the Target Validation Group. Christopher also completed an Industrial PhD at the University of Gothenburg from 2015 to 2018, following a BSc (Hons) in Molecular and Cellular Pathology from the University of Glasgow earned in 1999.
