E. Ohman

E. Ohman currently serves as Vice President of Global Development at Amgen since August 2022. Prior experience includes a distinguished tenure at Duke University Health System, where E. Ohman held several key positions including Professor of Medicine, Vice-Chair of Medicine with a focus on Development and Innovation, and Associate Director of the Duke Heart Center from July 2005 to August 2022. E. Ohman also worked as a Senior Investigator at Duke Clinical Research Institute from July 1996 to August 2022 and contributed as an Advisor to the FDA Panel for Circulatory Devices from January 2012 to December 2018. Prior to these roles, E. Ohman was Chief of Cardiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine from January 2001 to December 2005. Academic qualifications include a Fellowship in Cardiology from Duke University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
