Eric Forton

Eric Forton currently serves as Senior Manager of Sales Operations - Field Excellence at Amgen since April 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Astellas Pharma from September 2019 to April 2025, including Senior Manager of Strategic Field Force Deployment, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of targeting strategies and developing the TargetIQ platform significantly utilized by the field personnel. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at FranklinCovey, C.H. Robinson, and AT&T, where Eric consistently demonstrated strong sales performance and team leadership. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from DePaul University.
