Gioval Scalzo

Gioval Scalzo is the Associate Director of Drug Product Technology at Amgen, where they lead critical initiatives in the field. They previously served as a Principal Engineer and Process Development Senior Scientist, having extensive experience in lyophilisation and aseptic filling processes. Earlier in their career, Gioval held positions as a Senior Validation Engineer at Schering-Plough Animal Health and as a Process Technical Support Engineer at Pfizer. They earned a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.
