I-Fen Chang

I-Fen Chang currently serves as Vice President of Oncology Global Development at Amgen, a position held since August 2017. Prior roles at Amgen include Vice President and Global Medical Oncology Therapeutic Area Head, as well as US Oncology Therapeutic Head. Prior to joining Amgen, I-Fen Chang worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from January 2012 to June 2017, where roles included Director of I-O Global Clinical Research and Worldwide Medical Director of Lung Cancer. Additional experience includes positions such as Executive Oncology Medical Science Liaison at Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical and Transplant Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Texas Children's Hospital. I-Fen Chang holds a Pharm.D. from Rutgers University, College of Pharmacy, and completed a Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Residency at Texas Children's Hospital from 1999 to 2000.
