Javier Negron

Javier Negron, PE, MBA, is the Site Product Planning Senior Manager at Amgen, where they lead end-to-end site planning for three products and ensure a stable inventory supply across 22 regions worldwide. Previously, they held various engineering and management roles, including Senior Project Engineer at Paciv Inc. and Supply Chain Manager at Amgen, where they implemented significant productivity improvements and optimized operations. Negron began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Dual-Lite Mfg and has since gained extensive experience in supply chain management and project coordination. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master’s in Business Administration at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
