Jill Sperau

Jill Sperau is the Director of Investigations at Amgen, where they lead U.S. healthcare compliance investigations. Previously, they served as Associate General Counsel and Executive Director at Amgen, managing complex litigation and federal investigations. Jill has also worked as an Associate at Foley and Lardner, focusing on healthcare fraud and compliance, and as Associate Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Office of Inspector General. They earned a JD from American University, Washington College of Law, and a BA in History and Spanish from Duke University.
