Jomar Hernandez

Jomar Hernandez, CQE, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Quality at Amgen, leading the Plant Quality Assurance organization at the Aseptic Formulation and Filling facility. With experience spanning over a decade at Amgen, roles have included Sr Manufacturing Manager and Senior Engineering Manager, where significant contributions involved developing efficient shift structures and managing complex packaging operations. Jomar's engineering expertise has been demonstrated through various positions related to process ownership and continuous improvement in manufacturing lines. Prior experience includes Process Development Engineer roles at St. Jude Medical, focusing on equipment development and process optimization. Jomar holds a Master of Engineering Management in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
