Kelsey Lang

Kelsey Lang is an experienced professional in health policy and reimbursement, currently serving as Executive Director of US Health Policy and Reimbursement at Amgen since February 2024. Prior roles include Principal at Avalere Health, where Kelsey advised on drug pricing and access, and Head of Policy at Novo Nordisk, leading a newly established public policy function. Kelsey has also held positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, PhRMA, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, URAC, and the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies, developing strategies on drug pricing and advocacy in various capacities. Kelsey holds a Master of Public Policy in Health Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from The George Washington University.
