Kirsty Shepherd is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, currently serving as Franchise Lead at Amgen since January 2024. Previously, Kirsty held multiple leadership roles at Ipsen from September 2016 to January 2024, including Sales & Marketing Lead for Neuroscience and Rare Diseases, interim Business Unit Head, Brand Lead, Brand Manager, National Sales Lead in Uro-Oncology, and Neurology Account Manager. Prior experience includes Key Account Manager at Meda Pharma and various sales positions at Trish McEvoy Cosmetics and Yves Saint Laurent Cosmetics. Kirsty holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences with Physiology and Pharmacology from Leeds Metropolitan University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
