Lu Cui

Lu Cui currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Amgen, beginning in October 2025. Previously, Lu held positions as a Senior Scientist at Maro Bio and Graphite Bio, contributing to the development of non-genotoxic antibody-based therapies and CRISPR gene-editing approaches, respectively. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Scientist at Stanford University, focusing on multi-omic approaches to understand pathogenic mechanisms in fibrotic conditions and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position examining disease pathogenesis. Lu's research also involved investigating the efficacy of MSC- and iPSC-derived therapeutic cells at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where Lu held roles as Research Associate Professor and Research Assistant Professor. Lu Cui earned a Ph.D. in Developmental Biology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
