Lynn Evans currently serves as Vice President of R&D Quality at Amgen since November 2025. Previously, Lynn held the position of Vice President, North America Quality & Compliance at Kenvue from May 2023 to October 2025, and Vice President, Global Consumer Health Quality & Compliance at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from December 2022 to May 2023. Lynn's extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson spans over a decade, including roles such as Head of Quality Risk Management and Head of Quality Planning & Strategy in Bioresearch Q&C, as well as Corporate Compliance Officer for Enterprise External Manufacturing. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Lynn was the Director of Quality Systems Compliance at Integra LifeSciences and held various compliance roles at Johnson & Johnson from October 2000 to February 2010. Lynn Evans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs from Temple University.
