Mika Gauger is a seasoned clinical trial manager with extensive experience in oncology research. Currently serving as a Global Clinical Trial Manager at Amgen since April 2022, Mika has previously held positions at Bristol Myers Squibb from November 2017 to April 2022, including Senior Clinical Trial Manager and Clinical Trial Manager, where eight phase I-III oncology clinical trials were managed to ensure high-quality data delivery. Earlier roles included Clinical Research Assistant at Hartford HealthCare, contributing to the redesign of the Bladder Cancer Research Registry, and Research Study Assistant I at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Mika executed multiple clinical trials and led a high-risk therapeutic trial during an NCI audit. Mika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology, Health and Society from Cornell University.
