Mindy Tamburro

Mindy Tamburro is a seasoned professional in development operations with extensive experience at Amgen since April 2006, where current responsibilities include Director of Development Operations for the Center for Design and Analysis. Previous roles at Amgen encompass Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager and Chief of Staff to VPs in both Global Site Operations and Global Development Operations. Mindy has also contributed to process improvement and quality initiatives across Global Development Operations and Clinical Data Management. Prior to joining Amgen, Mindy worked as a Staffing Consultant at Kenexa and held various HR management positions at Deloitte & Touche, where responsibilities included campus recruiting and financial advisory services. Mindy holds a BA in Psychology and Business from UCLA, an MS in Educational Psychology and Counseling from California State University, Northridge, and has studied at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
