Nitin Rathore

Nitin Rathore serves as Vice President of Drug Product Process Development at Amgen since August 2006, leading large teams in advancing the late-stage drug product portfolio, which includes novel biologics and biosimilars. Nitin demonstrates strategic leadership in developing and implementing innovative technologies and operational platforms focused on speed, efficiency, and agility. With extensive experience in process development and tech transfer, Nitin has successfully led various projects enhancing the robustness and economics of product introductions. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Novozymes, optimizing downstream processing for industrial enzymes, and Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where advanced computational simulation methods for biological systems were developed. Nitin holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.Tech/M.S. in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
