Pan Wittinghofer

Pan Wittinghofer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation, currently serving as Executive Director of Digital Technology & Innovation at Amgen since January 2014. In this role, Pan has led various initiatives, including Global Infrastructure Services, ownership of the global Salesforce platform, and the advancement of omnichannel technology strategies. Pan has been instrumental in significant digital transformations, contributing to cost reductions and enhanced supply chain capabilities. Prior to Amgen, Pan served as CIO and Vice President of Worldwide IT at JAFRA Cosmetics International and held strategic roles at Vorwerk Group and Metro Group.
