Paul Hughes

Paul Hughes has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Executive Director at Amgen since November 2003, where previous roles include Scientific Director, Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist. Prior to joining Amgen, Paul Hughes worked as a Scientist at Sugen from February 2001 to April 2003 and also held a Scientist position at SUGEN/Pharmacia during the same period. Paul Hughes earned a D.Phil in Molecular Biology from the University of Oxford between 1988 and 1992.
