Paul Major

Paul Major is currently the Associate Vice President of Global Learning and Performance Capabilities at Amgen, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of US Sales for the Inflammation Business Unit at Amgen from 2021 to 2023. Paul has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Eli Lilly and Company in various senior leadership positions from 2014 to 2019, including Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations. They hold a degree in Science with a focus on Biochemistry and Human Movement from The University of Western Australia, earned between 1990 and 1993.
