Rafi Sufi

Rafi Sufi is the Principal Human Factors Engineer at Amgen, where they leverage their extensive experience in usability engineering within the medical device industry. They previously held roles at Minnetronix, Inc., leading human factors activities across various medical devices, and were involved in clinical trials as a Field Clinical Engineer. Rafi also contributed as a Senior and Human Factors Engineer at Amgen from 2019 to 2022, and completed a co-op at GE Healthcare focused on anesthesia system validation. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering with an emphasis on Human Factors and Ergonomics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
