Sherif Elshobaky is the Head of Finance at Amgen, leading the finance function for Egypt, Levant, Iran, and South Africa since 2025. With over a decade of experience in corporate finance, they previously served as a Finance Business Partner for Egypt and Sudan at Sanofi, overseeing financial planning for multiple product lines. Sherif has also held roles at PwC Middle East and Deloitte as a Senior Tax Consultant. They earned a degree with honors from Cairo University between 2007 and 2011.
