Shuwen Yan

Shuwen Yan is a Procurement Specialist at Amgen since September 2022, where responsibilities include co-leading MICE and FIT hotel sourcing, collecting stakeholder feedback, analyzing historical data, and providing demand forecasts. Previously, Shuwen served as a Senior Consultant at Made in House from October 2020 to September 2022, leading projects on brand strategy and commercial planning for notable clients such as Swire Properties and Vanke. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Intern role at STR, where Shuwen provided administrative support and conducted research in the hospitality sector. Additionally, Shuwen was the Speakers Coordinator for the Young Hoteliers Summit, responsible for content development and coordinating keynotes and panel discussions. Shuwen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration from EHL, obtained in 2019.
