Sri Pomalapally, Ph.D. and MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Medical Operations at Amgen since April 2014, where responsibilities include developing medical/commercial capabilities and optimizing global medical operations through strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams. Notable accomplishments include leading the deployment of an integrated omni-channel communication framework, overseeing the integration of chatbot technologies in call center operations, and implementing a new global MedInfo system using agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Sri Pomalapally held various positions at Amgen, including Principal Database Administrator and Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems Operations.
