Stephanie Rike

Stephanie Rike serves as the Executive Director of Global Commercial Capabilities at Amgen, where responsibilities include overseeing Global Patient Support Programs, Global Congresses, Companion Diagnostics & Biomarkers, and Commercial Devices for Combination Products. Prior roles at Amgen include Director of Strategic Initiatives, co-leading the Predict & Prevent growth transformation initiative, and Director of Operations, where Rike contributed to the establishment of the Value-Based Partnership Organization with over 150 partnerships across 38 countries. Earlier experience includes positions at GE Aviation as a Commercial Risk Analyst and roles within GE’s Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management Program, emphasizing financial leadership development. Stephanie Rike holds dual MBA degrees from UCLA and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
