Taras Carpiac

Taras Carpiac is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and process improvement within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Innovation in Global Development Operations at Amgen, Taras has held various leadership roles, including Director positions in Innovation, Process Improvement, and Data Management Systems at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of IT Enterprise Systems and Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Gilead Sciences, as well as Manager of Corporate Compliance and Software Engineer at Nextrials, Inc. Notably, Taras is the founder of Swan Systems, Inc. Taras holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and has furthered education at Golden Gate University.
