Tracy Blois

Tracy Blois is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in alliance management and business transformation, currently serving as the Head of Alliance Management at Amgen since May 2011. Tracy has a proven track record in leading high-stakes partnerships, optimizing mutual value from negotiations to implementation. Previous roles at Amgen include Executive Director of Business Transformation and Director of Strategic Planning & Operations, where responsibilities ranged from serving as Chief of Staff to overseeing complex global marketing initiatives. Tracy's background includes significant scientific expertise, having conducted postdoctoral research on membrane proteins at UCLA, and extensive involvement in business development and commercialization efforts in the biotechnology sector. Tracy holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UCLA and a BA in Chemistry from the University of San Diego.
