Will Doro

Will Doro is an experienced professional in project management and production program management within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Amgen since November 2023 and having held a similar role at Horizon for a brief period, Will has a strong background in leading teams and optimizing processes. During tenure at Exicure, Will progressed from Technical Product Technician 2 to Production Program Manager, overseeing a significant increase in team size and achieving process improvements that enhanced efficiency. Earlier career experiences include manufacturing at Leiters and research at the University of Colorado, where Will contributed to a publication in recyclable material sciences.
