Royston Smith

Royston Smith currently serves as the Head of Digital, ICT and Tech Services at Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales since March 2020. Prior to this role, Royston held various IT management positions at SPTS Technologies Ltd (2009 - March 2020), SPP Process Technology Systems (2009 - 2011), and Surface Technology Systems (2000 - 2009). Earlier in Royston's career, positions included IT Manager at Coleg Glan Hafren (1998 - 1999) and Installation Engineer at Syntech Ltd (1999 - 2000). Royston holds a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art from The Open University, completed in June 2022, and attended Coleg Glan Hafren from 1991 to 1993.
