Sandeep Arora is an experienced executive with a strong background in establishing and leading Global Capability Centers (GCC) across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of AMH Services, Sandeep is responsible for setting up the GCC for the Argenbright Group, focusing on growth strategy and global service transformation. Previously, Sandeep held the position of CEO at Holcim's GCC, leading its establishment and driving business transformation. As a co-founder of CyberImmersions, Sandeep specialized in consulting and training in risk advisory and cybersecurity. Earlier roles include CEO and Managing Director at AXA Business Services, where Sandeep oversaw strategic transformations, and Vice President of Finance at Genpact, handling service delivery and integration for GE Capital. Sandeep holds multiple professional certifications and degrees, including from The Wharton School and various institutes in India, reflecting a solid academic foundation in accountancy, management, and information security.
