Todd Jones

Todd Jones is a seasoned executive in the homebuilding and development industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at AMH since March 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing new home and community development operations in the Southeastern United States. Prior experience includes roles as Division President at both Ashton Woods Homes and Lennar, where Todd Jones initiated a homebuilding division in Atlanta. Todd Jones also served as VP of Operations and Finance at Life Teen, Inc., and Division President at Centex Homes, where success was achieved in navigating market downturns. Earlier career highlights at Ryland Homes involved substantial revenue growth and operational restructuring. Todd Jones began professional endeavors in the USAF as a First Lieutenant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
