Chantal E. Kordula

Chantal E. Kordula ’94 was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2019. She is a partner at the law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where her practice focuses on international business and financing transactions, particularly involving Latin America. Kordula regularly represents Latin American sovereigns, state-owned entities and corporates in their M&A, financing and restructuring activity, as well as multinationals in their investments throughout the region.
