Peer Advocate For Sexual Respect at Amherst College

Kaisar Perry is currently an intern at the Youth Advocacy Foundation, proposing research projects aimed at addressing the school-to-prison pipeline in Massachusetts and compiling resources for adolescents facing incarceration. At Amherst College, Kaisar serves as a Peer Advocate for Sexual Respect, promoting sexual health awareness within the community. Previously, as a Racial Justice Intern with the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Kaisar researched racial equity practices in the legal field and developed inclusive educational materials. Additionally, Kaisar interned at the Institute for Well-Being in Law, focusing on the national movement for lawyer wellbeing, and worked as a Resource Specialist for NAMI Massachusetts, organizing mental health resources for effective community access. Kaisar's experience also includes serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at The Granite YMCA. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought at Amherst College, Kaisar is on track to graduate in 2026.
